Why We Built This Site
Oregon gives the public broad access to nonexempt public records, but Wheeler County has a split structure that can be hard to sort out. Wheeler County Circuit Court keeps state trial court records for civil, criminal, and family cases. Wheeler County Justice Court handles traffic, fish and wildlife, boating, city ordinance, small claims, and FED eviction matters.
